The venture
Insola KSA is a 50/50 joint venture between Strand Hanson Limited, London, and Solunex Limited, Mauritius. Investment registration was issued by the Saudi Ministry of Investment in September 2026, and incorporation in the Kingdom is at an advanced stage.
The cell technology is polyZEBRA, developed by ISC Konstanz in Germany and held for the group by EquuSol Limited, which sub-licenses it to Insola KSA for the Kingdom.
